At Dilip Kumar Rajabhau Vaikunth Cloth Merchant, we aim to provide quality textile products and a reliable shopping experience. We accept eligible returns and refunds in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

Returns

Customers may request a return where the order or product meets the applicable return conditions. Products returned must generally be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• Accompanied by the original packaging, where applicable
• In a condition suitable for inspection and resale
• Accompanied by relevant order details or proof of purchase

The eligibility of a return may depend on the nature and condition of the product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. To help us review the issue, you may be asked to provide:

• Order number
• Product details
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
• Description of the issue

After reviewing the claim, we may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, exchange, refund, or another suitable solution, depending on the circumstances.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed through the applicable payment method or according to the payment and transaction process used for the order. The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment service provider, bank, or other financial institution. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers may be required to provide bank details.

Order Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it reaches a stage where cancellation is no longer possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable return process.

Custom, Bulk, or Special Orders

Orders involving bulk quantities, custom sourcing, or specially arranged requirements may be subject to specific terms agreed with the customer before fulfilment.
